Well, today's doctor's appointment went so-so.  I've been told to lay off running for one more month.  At this point, I'm wondering logistically whether I'll be able to pull off a Boston-qualifying time at the Royal Victoria Maration on 10/10/10, which I'm all signed up for.  Keeping the fingers and toes crossed....
